Location was good. Very quiet. Very safe. Bedding was clean but it doesn’t come with linen. The staff on site were lovely.

It was really old. Like it hadn’t been updated since the 1950’s. It had an awful smell. Only way to describe the smell was old and musty. Really awful. I think it was the curtains as they smelt liked they hadn’t been cleaned for years. The pots and pans, cutlery draws, plates and the kitchen in general was unclean. When you’re coming for a 2 night stay with the family (kids) and paying £350 to arrive at 4pm and leave at 10am I expected linen, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and hand wash as basic essentials. When I realised no linen or towels were provided, I called them and asked to pay the extra which they declined as it was around 10am and arriving at 4pm was too short notice! Having to pack everything has been a very big chore For a couple, it’s just about suitable. For a family, it’s hard work.
