Very nicely decorated with all the necessary amenity's except a hair dryer.
Back bedroom window needs to shut properly. February winds blowing through makes too much noise and makes the room cold. Heater in the sitting room off the back bedroom doesn’t work.
The bathroom sink is much too small. We had to keep a towel on the floor to capture the splashes.
All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.
The welcome goodies of wine, water, cookies, crisps etc. were greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

The Gulls Nest is a very clean and perfect space to relax and enjoy the area around. We stayed with our dog, worked very well. We walked to the beach, both south and north (dogs are allowed of lead to the south). Shops are near, as are Oulton Broad. Lovely touch with wine, tea bags and milk!
