Loved the area and the cleanliness of the chalet and site.

Hadn't realised there were steps leading into the property. This was a constant problem for us as we are disabled. I do not remember seeing any steps in the photo.

We really enjoyed our few nights staying at Broadside, it’s in a great location for exploring Norfolk, it’s clean, tidy

The property was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and it was in a great location for exploring Norfolk. The bed incredibly comfy and it was lovely to have the milk and biscuits on arrival.

The shower wasn’t great as it only dribbled out and was expecting a bit more power with it being a rainfall shower and there was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom.

Great little chalet, centrally located for what we needed and quite site. Chalet and hosts were great, And had everything we needed from our short stay.

No reflection on the hosts/owners or the property but there was a burst main meaning we had little or no water for our stay.

A good find.

Small chalet was very clean and had good facilities and equipment. Car park and clubhouse/bar nearby. Fifteen minute walk to local Tesco supermarket. Super shower.

Very good overall. Not much to dislike... Supplied tin opener did not work but I had a stainless steel IKEA one with me which I left behind also an annual pass to the Museum of the Broads. Let owners know about these freebies. Likely to stay again when doing another sailing holiday on Barton Broad and adjacent rivers.

Fantastic stay. The chalet was very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Big fridge freezer and washing machine. Fans, radiator and electric fire. Very good and clean kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, cookies and cooking essentials like salt and pepper provided. Very good shower with shampoo and conditioner. Cleaning products and detergent available. It has two pools, one large and one for the little ones. The bar is very nice and the service very good. It has tables and chairs in the pool area. Very quiet, safe and close to supermarkets and Sea Palling. We travelled with our dog who also enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Overall a good stay will be back again for longer next year

Location was excellent shops close by marina just over the road ,on-site clubhouse with friendly staff and an outdoor pool our chalet had everything we needed for our stay

Unfortunately had a power cut in the area for a few hours one of the morning but our host was fast with a reply they let us know about the situation and when it would be potentially sorted

Well maintained very clean fantastic site walk in shower good around beds very comfortable suited my needs host was very polite and friendly . Located 10 miles from Yarmouth and other near by places to visit

A lovely break in great accommodation.

Chalet was lovely, modern and had all facilities required. Hosts were really helpful and it was a smooth process from booking to accessing chalet. Everything provided, i.e. bedding, so only needed towels. Chalet site is only a short walk away from supermarket, town centre and a short drive from the beach. Would highly recommend.

I liked everything about the chalet all you needed. If you want a ice quiet holiday it perfect. Not much to do for children. No shop on site but Tesco is half a mile away.

Amazing chalet value for money

What a beautiful chalet ... was so clean... amazing shower ... had a lovely welcome message waiting when i arrived also a tray of tea coffee sugar. Milk biscuits.. cleaning products ...shower and shampoo gel.... hosts was so helpful and answered questions fast... Will be going back often with my dogs .. we all loved it...
