Less than a mile from Waxham beach and with a quiet waterway 100 yards at the end of the garden (to Horsey Mere and the Broads), these two comfortable properties are set in 12 acres of partially wooded grounds with woodland paths to explore. Each enjoys its own area of large lawned garden, and there is a woodland play area away from the river. Great Yarmouth 13 miles. Norwich 22 miles. Free coarse fishing (in season), and bird watching (including European Cranes) all year. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.. Both properties: Electricity by £1 meter. Bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Garden (Shared).
