Very nice overnight stay.

Lovely location, comfy bed, lots of nice little touches including breakfast and cake. Host absolutely lovely.

It could have been cleaner in terms of the carpets and floors.

The place was lovely. The host pleasant and friendly. The place was self contained and had all one could need for a short stay. Host even left out mince pies and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. Breakfast items were humble fare but good and tasty.

Bed, for me, wasn’t the best. My back was in agony upon waking. My daughter did not have any problems with the same bed though so… My son struggled with the pull out bed as it was not so comfy but fine for one night. Longer would have been difficult for him. There was also a spider in the bedroom I had to remove for my daughter.

PERFECT!

Everything, it was peaceful with no people around just countryside but only a short drive to the beach. Yvonne is lovely and we got a lovely bottle of wine and homemade cake on arrival.

The location. It was peaceful and quiet but close enough to get to the seaside! Everything was spotless. Even catered for my vegan diet with bread and soya milk

Perfect!

Perfect for our needs. Great space, comfortable. Plenty of room for dog beds. Well presented and clean. Attention to detail was super lovely such as including little breakfast bits. Great communication. It was peaceful and area was quiet. Great location, especially if National Trust members or just exploring the area. Amazing value for money. I would happily stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent value for money, lots of parking, very dog friendly

Excellent host very friendly and helpful, bit hard to find but eventually found , clean , warm, everything you would need , hot powerful shower , firm but comfortable bed, generous breakfast and more, very dog friendly, garden but not enclosed, very peaceful,

I did find the bed a little hard but I got used to it We had a power cut so it wasn’t the hosts fault She dealt with it brilliantly gave me a jug of boiling water

Our host was most accommodating, friendly and informative. Nice treat of wine & homemade cake left for us on arrival. Multiple breakfast choices were delicious. It was exactly the cozy, pet friendly, bolt from home, my husband & I needed for a couple of days away to the seaside & Blickling Estate. Everything within easy reach.

Awful I’m sorry to say

I’m afraid not much location was ok

Obviously not cleaned to any standard and stank of dog left early as couldn’t stand the smell any longer we spent the first evening trying to clean it sorry lovely place but just not good ,charge more and employ a cleaner and then it would be better

Weekend away in Norfolk

It was peaceful and central location too where we wanted too visit. Fairly comfortable everything you need for self accommodation. Well equipped. Lovely shower. Very pleasant but in some places could do with more in depth clean.

Didn't like the fact we had zero contact from host, not even a hello. Thankfully we didn't need anything but a friendly hello, how are we, pleasantries would if been nice especially as the Annexe was attached to the main house. Lots of dog mess around which I had too pickup as too not tread init. Lots ov dog barking everytime we went outside. Just our feeling and thoughts but we felt slightly uncomfortable we where impeding on the hosts property, this is where a nice friendly hello would've been nice.

Quiet area but the annexe needs a bit of tlc

Quiet area

Outside needed a tidy up and there was no clear place for the annexe to use or have its own private space. I did also have to clean the inside too as the floor was dirty in the bathroom and kitchen. The host was very friendly and chatty.

Relaxing 😌

Yvonne was warm and welcoming. Great breakfast selection. Cosy little annex with amazing surroundings. Equit with everything you need, dogs were free to use the garden and there were treats and a big bowl of water ready for them when we arrived. Pictures show view from the garden.

Charming well equipped and very peaceful!

Beautiful setting down a quiet country lane. Well equipped, spotlessly clean. V friendly host. Delicious home made cake and breakfast goodies provided!

Track to the house a little bumpy but not a problem! Used What three words to find the property very easily. One small comment, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket/duvet for the bed as I like a bit of weight but I was not cold and the bed was very comfortable! I could have asked but it was not an issue..

Hidden Gem in North Norfolk.

Self contained annex with everything needed for the stay. Very secluded spot down a couple of country lanes. Lovely surroundings with lots of walks nearby. Upon arrival, Yvonne had left us two slices of homemade cake and a bottle of wine. There was milk in the fridge and T bags so we could make a cup of tea upon arrival. There was also a small loaf of bread, orange juice, and cereals. It was very well thought out and a very nice touch. A great base for exploring Cromer, Norwich, and National Trust sites. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Maybe a sign on a post would be helpful at the bottom of the track that leads to the anexe as the other houses have clear signage. If arriving after dark, it would be challenging to find it. I must point out that Yvonne did text me three contact numbers in case we got lost.

A comfortable, cosy stay with a warm personal welcome and provisions to match.

Lovely range of goodies on arrival, home made cake was a lovely welcome with a cuppa. I would have liked the local directions from the A140 days earlier to familiarise myself with the route, as although familiar with the area the rurality of the Annexe coupled with driving in the dark is not easy when alone. However the addition of the What 3 words was a bonus and I used this for the first time and arrived without problems,( apart from flooded roads) thank you.

A tea towel and towel in the kitchen would have been helpful for the small amount of dishes I used was not economic for dishwasher use.

Lovely place to stay if you want peace.

It had everything we needed. The large garden was great for our little dog who enjoyed the space . It was homely rather than chic which suited us. There was wine , mince pies and dog treats laid on and plenty of provisions. Host was lovely.

It was quite challenging to find but it is remote.
