Well equipped comfortable holiday cottage. Great location for seeing the beautiful north Norfolk coast. We appreciated the welcome pack with drink sachets and biscuits.
Could not control the temperature; the cottage was incredibly warm. Kitchen utensils and oven trays were not very clean; required washing before use.

Shower upstairs.
Crockery
Mattresses were poor quality, uncomfortable, and stained in the downstairs bedroom.
Garden was just a courtyard with stones.
Decor was tired.
No blind on downstairs ensuite bathroom.
Dining chairs were broken
Frying pans were old and need replacing.
No pegs for wash line.
