The Space:
The house comprises of one ground floor bedroom, one first floor bedroom & three second floor bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to a second floor bedrooms, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, with washing machine, and a large first floor lounge.

The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a small paved patio and lawned garden.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs with access to Freeview and catch-up apps.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

The house is located on a quiet residential estate just a few minutes' drive from the city centre and Manchester Piccadilly station.

Getting Around:
There are bus stops for services direct to the city centre within walking distance, providing convenient access to various attractions and areas of Manchester.
The Etihad Stadium is a 15-minute walk, making it ideal for football fans. The Co-op Live Arena is a 23-minute walk or a short taxi ride away. Manchester Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive.
Holt Town Metrolink station is a ~15 minute walk away, but it's quicker to get a taxi then walk to get the tram into the city centre.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for safety and security of the property and our guests, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
