It’s was spectacular and wonderful.

The apartment was clean, and it’s close to the city centre with a coop at immediate vicinity. The staff are helpful with swift response and they guide you step by step with call or a video. Lastly, the introduction was clear and straightforward. We get the key just a few minutes away in a grocery store.

Fantastic short stay for work

I stayed here for work as my travel plans changed last minute. The apartment was spotless clean, very spacious, I couldn't fault it in anyway. The company were very helpful and the check-in process was smooth. I wouldn't hesitate booking their apartments again in the future.

1-the location is not good, also the taxies always didn't know how to reach it 2-Not a good welcome, and no one helps to reach the apartment, guide us, and help us, other apartmmets someone came or reception is available , this is a professional process 3-taking the key from a store is bad idea, people came from long distance sometimes and need to reach their property direct beacause they are tired

Great furniture, clean, spacious, great corner balcony, all essentials are available.

Only light curtains on the bedroom windows & balcony doors, no blackouts. One broken shower and marked as out of service.

Nice, well equipped apartment

Very nicely done apartment, modern and good kitchen with all the necessary equipment, very clean, centrally located in Manchester city

Check in process is a bit tedious, and in several steps, collecting keys from a shop was not adjacent to property was not an option for us, also dropping the key as we left very early morning, so we used the drop box, I think they should not use the booze shop to get and drop the key and use the key box regularly instead.

Very Clean. Modern Design and cozy. Behind to Co-op Food. 10 minutes by walk to the main area in this city. Calm. Free parking in the garage. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds. Good size of the apartment. I will recommend this apartment for everyone asking for rent any apartment.

My stay at Hilltop serviced apartments.

The apartment, It's clean appeal,amenities and location to the placeswe needed to be at,near the city center. The wifi was strong within the apartment.My family had a good time in comfortable digs. Instructions to get access before our check in was seamless.There is a coop shop just a few meters away for any convenience to be bought,more shops further down shudehill and the Manchester arndale shopping center is a few minutes from the apartment. Not much was needed because the team at Hilltop ,made our stay comfortable.

I wish there was cleaning in between a 7 night stay of the apartment.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well placed.for trams ans shops.

There was nothing we didn't like. It would have been more convenient if keys could have been left with someone at Halo.

everything actually, easy to move around, central location.

Nothing much, only thing I would like them to improve is their bed sizes, I am not very tall or hugely built and considering that beds were small, may be because of the room sizes that are generally small all over UK, I would also prefer slightly firmer mattress, but that's me, not sure how everyone else like.

lovely modern spacious clean apartment, well located and very comfortable with amazing beds accommodating staff

the street level entrance was rather smelly

The location, the security, the TV and services with it, necessary items were provided , fully furnished.

the mattress, cleaning is once a week, no vacuum cleaner provided, Alarm voice from neighbors is heard
