The location is perfect for transport, being near Shudehill Interchange. It is ideal for the night club scene too, and very close to a shopping centre. The check-in process was easy, and there was always someone online to answer queries during our stay. The service was very attentive.
It was a shame that the lift broke down and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs, but it is the responsibility of building management rather than the property owner. We are fortunately fit and healthy and happy to do 7 flights of stairs with our luggage, plus our daily shopping. By looking the the date sticker noted on the lift, it appeared that the breakdown started on 8th Oct, and possibly continued past the end of our stay of 29th Oct.

An outstanding property - a wraparound terrace, lovely spacious accommodation and wonderful host communication. Fantastic location, so central and well-connected.

The property was beautiful, so much better than the photos which didn't do it justice. Great location and all so authentic. Very clean and really well equipped, had everything we needed. Just stunning! The hot tub was an added bonus. The host was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged for some Prosecco in the fridge as it was daughter's special birthday which was such a lovely touch. Perfect location to so many cafes, restaurants and bars. The two restaurants they own were also lovely and had discount. Everything was just perfect and would 100% return. If I could give it more than 10, I would! If you are visiting, you will love it.
