4 Bed Townhouse Piccadilly Free Parking

The pre arrival info was excellent and the video of how to access the keybox was very helpful. Also, including instructions for the appliances was brilliant. The house was clean, bright and stylish, the beds were comfy and the showers really good. The location was fabulous - a quiet residential street, close to a local Sainsbury's, and yet so close to the centre of town. The weather was extremely hot, and it was disappointing that we could only open one window in the house. There was a little fan but it was not very effective - air conditioning would have been most welcome!

Mentioned above. There were blinds at all the windows - the living room ones did not function properly - but no curtains, so it was not really dark in the bedrooms at night. We would have preferred blackout blinds or curtains.

It was a good central location on a quiet road and a good size for the 6 of us. A good place to catch up with the family under one roof and meet others in Town. Appreciated the early check in and the extra hour to checkout. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

It only has one free parking space and to ensure a secure parking for the other car it cost more like £10 per day. The house lacked kitchen items. No extractor in the bathrooms and i couldn't get the towel rail to work in the upstairs en suite. But all little things There was a lot of police activity in the area. We couldn't access the bins.

Location and quality of the facilities. Area was very quiet so out of the way from the Boise of bars and pubs. Very near to all pubs, shops and restaurants.

Needed more kitchen equipment like oven tray, more cutlery and glasses to make it perfect. A few more towels would make it better too.

The location was great - City centre but really quiet

REALLY POOR CLEANLINESS. Beds had been made, but sheets and pillows had not been changed since the last guests. We had to phone to get them to come back with clean bedding, but there were no pillow protectors and only very threadbare mattress protectors. Both mattresses and pillows had seen better days - mattress springs popped when you moved, and pillows were very thin and really low quality. Glasses had greasy fingerprints smeared over them, so we ran all cutlery, crockery and plates through the dishwasher before using anything. The floors hadn't been hoovered properly either. Such a pity as it could have been a great place to stay if only essential details had been given proper care and attention.
