We didn't have breakfast provided. The location was good although it took a little while to find. It was very quiet.

Just slightly tired with a few jobs to be done to tidy things up that were broken but nothing that really mattered. Quite sparse but adequate.

The property was in a very convenient part of the city just 5 minutes walking from the Manchester Piccadilly station and very spacious for 5 people. Hosts replied vary fast to our requests. The neighborhood was quiet.

There were some issues with the wifi connection that was not stable

REALLY POOR CLEANLINESS. Beds had been made, but sheets and pillows had not been changed since the last guests. We had to phone to get them to come back with clean bedding, but there were no pillow protectors and only very threadbare mattress protectors. Both mattresses and pillows had seen better days - mattress springs popped when you moved, and pillows were very thin and really low quality. Glasses had greasy fingerprints smeared over them, so we ran all cutlery, crockery and plates through the dishwasher before using anything. The floors hadn't been hoovered properly either. Such a pity as it could have been a great place to stay if only essential details had been given proper care and attention.
