النوافذ لا تفتح ونظرا للفتره الموجه الحاره في بريطانيا كنا نحتاج إلى مراوح اكثر للعائلة والتهوية .. اقترح مالك العقار شراء المراوح من قبلنا وسيتم الدفع من قبله إلا انه كان من شبه المسحيل الحصول عليها لعدم توفرها في الأسواق بسبب موجه الحر

The property was in a very convenient part of the city just 5 minutes walking from the Manchester Piccadilly station and very spacious for 5 people. Hosts replied vary fast to our requests. The neighborhood was quiet.

There were some issues with the wifi connection that was not stable

The pre arrival info was excellent and the video of how to access the keybox was very helpful. Also, including instructions for the appliances was brilliant. The house was clean, bright and stylish, the beds were comfy and the showers really good. The location was fabulous - a quiet residential street, close to a local Sainsbury's, and yet so close to the centre of town. The weather was extremely hot, and it was disappointing that we could only open one window in the house. There was a little fan but it was not very effective - air conditioning would have been most welcome!

Mentioned above. There were blinds at all the windows - the living room ones did not function properly - but no curtains, so it was not really dark in the bedrooms at night. We would have preferred blackout blinds or curtains.

The location was great - City centre but really quiet

REALLY POOR CLEANLINESS. Beds had been made, but sheets and pillows had not been changed since the last guests. We had to phone to get them to come back with clean bedding, but there were no pillow protectors and only very threadbare mattress protectors. Both mattresses and pillows had seen better days - mattress springs popped when you moved, and pillows were very thin and really low quality. Glasses had greasy fingerprints smeared over them, so we ran all cutlery, crockery and plates through the dishwasher before using anything. The floors hadn't been hoovered properly either. Such a pity as it could have been a great place to stay if only essential details had been given proper care and attention.
