Good central location

Location and quality of the facilities. Area was very quiet so out of the way from the Boise of bars and pubs. Very near to all pubs, shops and restaurants.

Needed more kitchen equipment like oven tray, more cutlery and glasses to make it perfect. A few more towels would make it better too.

Amazing location. The house was modern and clean. It has everything we needed. I would happily book this place again for pride weekend.

Excellent location very quiet and very spacious

Could use a non slip mat in tub and maybe a handle to hold as can be quite slippery getting in and out of it. . Also perhaps a couple of fans as was quite hot at night with no way of leaving a window open securely .

Excellent service and comfortable, nice quality property for a get together with friends

Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. A nice luxurious feel. Walking distance of station and shops, bars/restaurants. Friendly service - owners very prompt and responsive to any queries.

Only slight glitch before arrival was that we were given 2 different addresses for the property which led to some confusion. However this was quickly rectified by the owners once we queried this with them.

Good location and parking, easy to find, light on lockbox would help.

It's a shame that there were limited pots, pans, crockery and glasses etc that didn't match, a simple white dinner service would have made difference along with cooking utensils etc. Appreciate people may want to eat out but not all do, pint of milk etc are small touches but make a difference.

A few improvements needed for a 10

A lovely apartment with good facilities. And walkable to shopping- restaurants- train station. Very quiet area.

The cleanliness was poor which we brought to the host’s attention and hope will be improved for next guests. There were a few housekeeping issues also. I think the hosts would benefit from visiting and replacing the broken large plant pot for example and checking the disgusting stain on the settee arm that looks like someone has blown their nose on it. A few other issues with cleanliness also. A shame because if these relatively easily fixed issues were sorted would have given the apartment a 10. Also the address is not 75 Port street! In case like us you book a hotel for a family member near that address.

CHECK THE BEDDING!

The location was great - City centre but really quiet

REALLY POOR CLEANLINESS. Beds had been made, but sheets and pillows had not been changed since the last guests. We had to phone to get them to come back with clean bedding, but there were no pillow protectors and only very threadbare mattress protectors. Both mattresses and pillows had seen better days - mattress springs popped when you moved, and pillows were very thin and really low quality. Glasses had greasy fingerprints smeared over them, so we ran all cutlery, crockery and plates through the dishwasher before using anything. The floors hadn't been hoovered properly either. Such a pity as it could have been a great place to stay if only essential details had been given proper care and attention.

Good apartment, but service can improve

- The apartment and its facilities are overall good (even though we couldn't find proper cutting knives and bigger frying pan) - The location is nice (very close to Piccadilly station). - Instructions for check in were clear and it went pretty smooth.

- Communication with the hosts were not really smooth: even though the automated messages are pretty clear, they didn't answer our questions (early check-in, option to leave our luggage after check-out) through Booking platform or email. We had to call / send SMS to have our requests answered. - When we got to the apartment it was still very dirty (empty beer bottles/soap boxes on the floor, fresh stains, dirty bathrooms). The hosts did send someone to clean after our request, but this is 1) not a great experience for guests and 2) it was still not super clean even after the cleaner went there, because it was done in a rush - We agreed with hosts to check-out at 12h, but at 11:30 someone entered the cleaning staff entered the apartment saying it was time to leave. Even though we did stay until 12h, this was really unpleasant

an absolute luxury stay

i booked this place for my 25th birthday. at first there was a bit of a hiccup with the location but after texting Matt, i got such a quick reply and the issue was resolved. onto the property! fantastic is the only word i can use. the location was great firstly, so close to everything that an uber xl to deansgate was £10. the actual house was amazing, we arrived when they were cleaning it and they were such nice genuine people, and they even left a bottle of prosecco for us which was a nice touch. the rooms were great and clean and they even provided cleaning equipment. everything you could think of was given to ensure we could have a great relaxing stay. if in manchester again, without doubt i am booking again. my friends who came also said this place was amazing.

Lovely place to stay, great location.

Short walk to Piccadilly station, just enough away from town to still get peace. Easy key collection with good communication with the host. Very comfortable and feels very homely with all you could need, i.e. washing machine, kettle etc...
