Overall good property for six adults to stay separately.

Overall good but some improvements could be made as house it looking tatty. Issue with boiler on the first day was quickly sorted thanks to the Stay Casa team. Kitchen lacks some cooking equipment such as a baking tray or dish, and tea towels were not provided. Upstairs shower is very temperamental which may suggest the heating element requires replacing.

General cleanliness good but a little tired in places . Pics make it look smarter than it is . Would be nice to have a dining table . Would be much better with a lounge rather than making it 6 beds. Felt a bit like a student house .

A great stay. So much room, an easy check in and check out. And amazing house and cool backyard

The check in was so easy with just having a door code. The rooms were all huge with big beds. The outdoor area was super fun with lots of chairs for the all the guests. Easy access from Manchester city centre

This house was not what the pictures advertised it was false advertising, firstly the entrance to the house was filthy and covered in weeds, the front door was not secure and the glass had a crack in it, the walls were covered in marks, the couch was different to what was shown in the original photo's, one of the beds had a broken frame, the back door didn't lock properly, there was a burn mark outside on the deck, the outside switch had burnt out, the outdoor furniture was broken and some was left down the side of the building, the blinds in the bedrooms were broken, and we are still fighting to get our money back as we did not want to stay there so not happy!

Good value for money

The house was very comfortable for a group of 6 colleagues. The kitchen was well equipped and the WiFi worked very well. The patio was lovely, though we didn't get to use it much (due to the cold weather).

The place is a bit run down. It could use a fresh lick of paint and the front garden needs some love. The furniture is very much the budget version.

Very spacious bedrooms and living area. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were great.

Property great, the street on a nighttime was a little bit dodgy but not the Hosts fault.

This is a beautiful spacious house with five large bedrooms; ideal for personal space if required :)

Everything was quite spacious; the rooms and the kitchen/living area in particular. Heating system worked like a charm. TV had YouTube & Netflix which was cool. Beds were really comfortable and there was no problem with the showers (upstairs & downstairs).

The location is a bit out of the way nestled deep in an endless housing estate; a map indicating nearest local newsagent/supermarket would have been handy or maybe a small drop of milk in the fridge. Would have been lost without uber tbh but not everyone will have ready access to such services. No toilet roll in the downstairs loo.

Showers were not great. Poor water pressure. Back door was tricky to lock. Front door looked a little broken and not fully secure (big crack down it)

The location was great and inside the accommodation it was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed.

Maybe make it a bit easier to turn the heating on/off which was minor issue apart from that it was great
