A bit disappointing but didn’t spoil our stay

The location was very good

For eight people there was not enough comfortable seating . No advice as to internet connection should be a notice with instructions etc Damp unpleasant smell in the lower level rooms Cold showers

Nice and modern.

Address was not as advertised but not far away, so just had a slight delay in getting access to the house once we arrived. The house was actually one street away but we got sorted and access to it quite quickly.

Lovely town house near all amenities

Lovely home, all the facilities you need, and amazing hosts. Best of all, my dad is the worlds loudest snorer, and they stayed upstairs. We stayed downstairs stairs, but we never heard a peep. Great brewery round the corner, 10 minutes from Piccadilly station, near the Etihad campus. We will be back

Couldn't lock open the downstairs window and didn't feel safe leaving it open through the night. It was cool, thankfully, but menopause needs fresh air

Perfect roomy spot from which to explore the city.

Location Clean Well equipped

Need proper black-out blinds or curtains on the windows. We were woken very early by the sunlight. The accommodation was very warm - again for the same reason.

Location was amazing to access city centre

Had a probem with wifi connection and cntacted the hosts. We were given instrutions on how to resolve but this didnt work. We were on staying for a few days and so didnt pursue it. The majority of the time we were out of the property and so it didnt impact us too much.

Luxury, great stay will definitely be coming back

Lovely clean house, rooms were a great size with loads of room for the 6 of us. Everything was clean and decorated nicely with thought gone into each room. Fans and mirrors in each room as well as hangers in the wardrobes. Windows also opened nice and wide for air flow. Kitchen was equipped with lots of cups, cutlery as well as tea bags and sugar. The hosts, Matt and Steph gave us so much helpful information before our stay as well as letting us check in early after a long journey - we will definitely be coming back.

Welcoming & Pleasant

The house had a welcoming vibe :). It was beautifully decorated, clean and easy to find. The instructions from the hosts were super easy to follow and the location was walkable distance to the city centre which was good.

The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the fact that there was no microwave to heat food up with. One of my kids is a fussy eater so it was a bit difficult to sort her out.

A lovely family get together to celebrate birthdays in a lovely setting.

Location was excellent. very convenient for the city centre. Accommodation was very comfortable and was exceptionally clean. The lay out of the town house was good.

The town house could sleep 8 people but the dining table and chairs could only seat 4 at the same time! likewise some of the crockery and glasses did not have sufficient for 8 people at the same time. I would expect to be able to seat and feed everyone at one sitting. A tea towel was provided in the kitchen but a hand towel was also required!

سأعود اليها باذن الله تعالى

الشقة رائعة في موقعها وانا ثاني مره اسكن فيها مع عائلتي وهي قريبه من محطة مانشستر بيكاديللي تبعد عنها 10 دقائق مشيا وقريبه من الخدمات وأصحاب الشقة طيبين وتعاملهم سهل معي بالرسائل رغم اني لم اتقابل معهم فلهم خالص الشكر

هي لاتصلح لكبار السن وذوي الاعاقة وبعض أدوات الطبخ والمطبخ تحتاج إلى عناية اكثر وحماماتها ليس بها شفاط للتهوية الانترنت ضعيف .
