Nice place, comfortable beds, best for 5 or 6 not more and good communication with the business

Good communication with the business running the property. Quick response most of the time and effectively dealt with problems that arose.

Bin in kitchen not emptied and food going mouldy. Company apologised and said they were talking to the cleaners. Hot water failed on last morning and it took a little while to get hold of the company. But once we did they explained how to restart the boiler and offered a later check out time as well as a small gesture of goodwill for our inconvenience.

A warm home away home.

Lovely home, great location for all the amenities and entertainment. There was so much space, as we were a large group and also great customer care provided by the team.

Was on a very busy road and no parking at the front of the house. But not a problem other than that

Lovely modern and spacious home with great amenities

Every room was very comfortable, clean and modern and catered to a big group. A lot of nice touches that was very useful as we were 10 people staying at the property, like portable heater, additional dining chairs and stools in the living room and even hairdryers which came in handy. It also had 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom so no queues at shower time. The hosts / property managers were also very responsive throughout the process and our stay especially with figuring out the heating and boiler.

Walls were a little thin so had to be conscious of the neighbours and general noise level. Water pressure also dropped late at night (too late to call hosts who were very responsive throughout our stay) and had to figure out how to bleed it to get hot water.

Wonderful stay for a big family!

Amazing experience from the moment we checked in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Facilities were well maintained. Location was spot on with so many halal eateries nearby. Overall very satisfied with everything!

Superb

A very nice in a central location. Highly recommended if you're visiting Manchester with a group of friends. All facilities you would pretend in a house are available and fully functional. There are stores in the vicinity and it is only a 15 moon ride from the centre.

Heel fijn verblijf! Compleet huis, grote en kleinere slaapkamers.

De locatie was goed, wel langer van OA arena dan we dachten door het zeer drukke verkeer. Het huis was mooi, de slaapkamers heel mooi met voldoende badkamers. De keuken was volledig en goed ingericht. Zeer fijne, vriendelijke, snel reagerende host. Heel fijn gehad!

Doordat we met 11 personen waren was de keuken wel krap, konden daar niet echt goed met zijn allen zitten. Het woonkamertje was slaapkamer geworden. De sofa was keurig omgebouwd naar bed maar deze was niet echt slaapbaar en zeer oncomfortabel. 1 bed was ook niet comfortabel maar heeft Host na melding direct goed opgelost door een topper te leveren en ze gaan dit aanpassen dus zal opgelost zijn.
