Excellent apartment and a pleasantly surprising city

The host has paid attention to every little details to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. It shows that the host thought about what is needed for a traveller. I have stayed in dozens of places and this one was one of the best organised Kudos for Irina. As for practical advise: plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in a short walking distance. Historical Center also can be reached by a short walking. Udine is not a typical tourist destination but it has lots of sights worth the visit. You can park on the street for 0.60/hours which considering the proximity of City Center is a bargain. I can highly recommend both Udine and the apt.

Small plates were missing but this is rather a grumpy old man’s remark ;-)

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment close to the center

Really well organized and equipped, beautiful apartment close to the city center. The bed is really comfortable! Irina is super helpful and nice. Parking is easy and cheap. For sure, this will be our first choise at our next visit to Udine!

Stylish apartment with a lovely view and comfortable furniture, located in a nice area a short walk from the station and also from the city centre, excellent for short stays.

For our slightly longer stay, the kitchen was missing some common components that would have made cooking simple meals easier, and the small bedroom lacks bedside tables.

Irina welcomed us with opened arms, showing us her spotless and newly renovated apartment on the top floor. easily to get a parking outside and just 10min walk to the historic center. Giving us very good information about restaurants and the surroundings. we just stayed over night but we would gladly come back.

Disappointing

Apartment is nice and there is all inside you need. Only the balcony is really not nice, because it does not have a view. The apartment is central so you need only 10 min. to city center. The beds could be more comfortable. Toys and diapers were even provided for the child. AC works good and also they provide some bottles of water. Later check-in is possible.

Due to the fact that we didn't immediately send the photos from the passport before check-in, it became unfriendly. For us it was not possible, because we were sitting in the car. The next day we accidentally took the hair dryer with us (because we thought is ours), which of course we returned. We got the feeling that we were robbing you. The next day we got a message above booking.com about the hair dryer even though we returned it. Very friendly at first, but these are not good hosts

The property is much nicer than pictures. Host is amazing, very warm, helpful and friendly. The apartment is like home away from home. It has everything you'd ever need- fully equipped kitchen with complementary tea, coffee, sugar, coffee creamer, even cooking oil and salt.There is an iron and ironing board, washing machine, coffee machine, water bottles in the fridge. Really impressed with the decor. Paid street parking, but that is very cheap.

Das Apartment im obersten Stock war sauber, komfortabel und äusserst liebe-, und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage, zu Fuss 10 Min zum Bahnhof oder 10 Min zur Altstadt passte perfekt für mich.

駅、バスターミナルからの立地で選択したが、予想以上に快適だった。Irinaさんのセンスとこだわりが細部にまで感じられる素敵で清潔な部屋。旅行者の便宜を図ってくれようとする配慮が感じられてとても快適だった。

Bell'appartamento, praticamente nuovo. Area sala/cucina ampia. Un bel bagno. Zona tranquilla, anche perché l'appartamento si trova al settimo e ultimo piano. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti. Irina molto disponibile e gentile.

La camera da letto è piuttosto piccola.

Zentral gelegenes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Nah zur historischen Altstadt und nahe zum Haupfbahnhof und zum Busbahnhof. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Nichts eigentlich, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn man etwas aussetzen aussetzen möchte, dann dass man trotz siebenten Stock Verkehrslärm bis hinauf hört. Aber das ist wohl gewissermaßen der Preis für die zentrale Lage.
