Квартира идеально подходит для изучения центра города, в ней дизайнерский ремонт, все элементы подобраны идеально. Все фото соответствуют. Хозяин Tucho всегда на связи, помогает по всем вопросам через минуту, всё чётко объясняет. Для гостей у него много всего необходимого из продуктов, рис, макароны, масло, чай-кофе, приправы и т.д. Есть холодильник для вина.
Придирки. Мало крючков для полотенец в ванной комнате.

Logement impeccablement propre, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il offre un confort exceptionnel pour des vacances réussies. Équipements modernes et fonctionnels. Literie de qualité. L’espace extérieur est un vrai plus ! La localisation est idéale, à proximité des principales attractions touristiques et commodités(El Corte Inglés avec le gourmet expérience, carrefour Market, carrefour City, bars, restaurants …), dans un quartier vivant mais sécure. Mais le vrai plus c’est le CALME, lorsque les ouvertures sont fermées. Hote extrêmement attentionné et disponible. Lors de notre prochain séjour à Madrid, c’est uniquement dans ce logement que nous souhaitons revenir !
Le petit plus serait une table et quelques chaises à l’extérieur afin de prendre les repas.
