La ubicación. Estaba limpio y prolijo, cómodo.
De entrada te enteras antes del check in ya con la reserva hecha que hay que pagar un “seguro” no reembolsable que nunca te avisan. Noté ademas poca cortesía, no entras hasta las 15 clavadas por el sistema de ingreso (te cobran entrar antes), no contemplan que uno puede venir de un largo viaje como si en varios alojamientos. Tampoco te dejan ni un agua, nada.

Location
They didn't provide us with toilet paper, shampoo, or soap, and told us it wasn't our problem. None of the doors to the room or the toilet were locked.
