It’s just a few steps away from some of the capital’s main attractions, such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and Plaza de España. Nearby are also the Retiro Park and the Paseo del Prado, home to world-renowned museums such as the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
The façade, designed by architect Pablo Aranda Sánchez in 1914, stands out above all for its rigorous classicism. Also worth noting are the common areas, the entrance, and the spectacular staircase—which includes an elevator—that provide access to this impressive property.
The apartment has been completely renovated to maintain spacious and functional areas, creating a perfect synergy between family life, art, and design. The apartment’s interior design blends modernity and tradition with works of art.

Very nice apartment located in the heart of Madrid, very central to many museums, national monuments and government buildings. Lots of daylight and great views, well appointed with conveniences and new appliances. One comment is this is not a 2 bedroom apartment as advertised, it’s really a one bedroom plus open den. The den has two sofas each can fit a child but not an average size adult comfortably.

No hot water for the first 48 hours. No water most of day 3 while the water heater was replaced. Location and views were great!
