Waou Urban Home Gran Via III - Corta Duración

The location of the apartment was very good, though we were relocated in the last moment and we didn't stay in the one on Gran Via, but in a much smaller apartment. if we were only 2 of us - me and my husband, it would be great, but the apartment was very small for 3 people

There was a mandatory deposit of 300 euro, which is not just a blockage on your card, but an actual payment. It takes few days after the check out to receive it back. We were called the night before the flight to tell us that there is a problem with the apartment and will be relocated to another one for the same price or cancel and get full refund. Both offered options was much smaller than our initial booking, but we didn't have another option in the last minute. When we arrived, the apartment was prepared only for 2 people and we were 3. I needed to write and call the company to provide us with bedding for the couch and extra towels for the third person. They reacted very fast and send us the requested items. No any compensation for the caused inconvenience of changing the accommodation for a smaller apartment.

Limpio y moderno y ubicación

Es escasa armado, no tenía perchas en los baños y no habían dejado nada en la cocina. Me refiero a té detergente, cosas básicas como así, jabón de ropa para lavar ropa

La ubicación y el confort del apartamento lo mejor

Lo estrictos que son para entrar y salir....las muchas normas que te exigen para abandonar el apartamento, ya que tienen fianza.

La ubicación , estaba muy limpio, respuestas inmediatas a nuestras inquietudes

Pese a que si nos avisaron , pero hubo mucho polvo por la pintura del edificio que afectó la salud de mi hija
