L’emplacement dans le centre du vieux Nice et près des transports. Décor et équipements appréciables.
Du double vitrage aux fenêtres serait un plus.

The locations was great and apartment was well kept.
The hall way to the doorway of the apartment was a little dark at night as lights weren’t functioning but nothing a phone flashlight can’t fix and the apartment as a whole was wonderful. TOTOALLY recommend.

5eme étage sans ascenseur, le bruit de la rue, le simple vitrage qui ne permet pas d'atténuer le bruit (dont une vitre cassée)
