The location was great, near to the beach and nightlife. The owners are kind and very helpful people. They are very understanding and they helped us with finding some places in Nice. I really appreciate that Sabrina was waiting for us to arrive until late at night and she opened the door and showed us everything in the apartament. The apartament was clean and comfortable. It has its own vibe. All the necessary equipment was there. I really recommend this place.

In the night it was so loud because of people partying and singing till 5AM even on random Wednesday. Sometimes we couldn’t sleep but it’s not owners fault. What I would change is maybe putting some door in the bedroom to make this place more quiet because of the sounds from the streets.

Lokalizacja najlepsza, blisko promenady, morza… lepszej nie można sobie wymarzyć.

​Excellent location: The apartment is in a fantastic spot—just a minute’s walk from the sea and perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Town. ​Well-equipped: It has everything a guest could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Humidity & smell: There is a strong smell of mold and humidity throughout the entire apartment, making it almost impossible to stay inside without keeping the windows open. ​Night noise: Because the windows have to stay open due to the humidity, it gets very noisy at night, which makes sleeping a real challenge. ​Lack of AC: There is no air conditioning, making it impossible to cool down the apartment when temperatures outside exceed 30^\circ\text{C}. ​Towels: The towels provided are made of a material that doesn't absorb water properly. Replacing them with proper cotton towels would be a small investment that would greatly improve the guest experience.
