close enough to the railway station and Russian church, Good kitchen and lots of utensils, helpful host

It's not cozy, the furniture is broken and worn out (except kitchen). The flooring is mainly tiled (cold in winter). Lack of parking lots.

Budget apartment near central Nice

Reasonably central to the centre of Nice. 10 mins walk to the train station. Area quiet and safe. Owner did his best to accommodate our late checkout.

Kettle wouldn't turn off had to do it manually, the plug socket in the bedroom hanging off the wall. Settees had covers over them to hid rip and stains. Mattress way too hard. Apartment had washing machine and drier but not advertised. This was probably due to the drier not working. It was basic and not bad for the cost of the stay.

Big apartment a lot of rooms and multiple bathrooms. Also big kitchen and living area and nice balcony.

Very few coffees especially for a big apartment like that (we booked it for 7 people). We also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. Not very clean

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ca.500m vom Strand, mit dem kontaktlosen Check In / Out,.hat alles Top geklappt. Gerne wieder.

Foi-nos perguntado a que horas chegaríamos, para depois nos informarem que só poderíamos entrar às 15h. Estivemos duas horas à espera para entrar no apartamento, só por volta das 17h!, pois ainda estavam a realizar a limpeza! O contacto telefónico com a agência foi difícil. Não é fácil identificar o "chaveiro" onde iriam estar as chaves( ou melhor, a chave, foi-nos fornecida apenas 1!). A própria identificação da porta do prédio não é fácil! As condições de manutenção e limpeza deixam muito a desejar: os lavatórios demoram muito a escoar, quando se toma banho, a água sai de baixo das banheiras; as grelhas do exaustor estão cheias de gordura, que pinga sobre a placa. O preço cobrado acaba por ser excessivo...

Elég egyszerű, felújítandó Apartman

A belvárostól nincs túl messze, kb 1 km, busz megálló, bolt , pékség a közelben. 4 különálló háló volt. Ajándék bor volt bekészítve. Konyha jól felszerelt.

Sajnos nem volt elegendő szék, nem tudtunk együtt enni a családdal. A fürdők erősen felújítandó állapotúak. Kanapé, ágyak megviseltek, régiek.

El apartamento no estaba limpio. Las toallas tenían manchas y las sábanas olían mal. El mobiliario está bastante desastrado y el menaje de la cocina no es suficiente para 8 personas. Los baños necesitan una buena reforma.
