Me gustó mucho la ubicación, que tuviera estacionamiento, lavadora y secadora, y dos baños.
Había cosas simples en mal estado que perfectamente las podrían haber reparado como los cajones del baño, el tirador del refrigerador, las perchas para colgar toallas y cuando lo hice ver al alojamiento me respondieron de manera muy inadecuada.

Das Appartement war praktisch und günstiger als in Hotel, für uns hat sich aber nicht ganz gelohnt.
Das Appartement ist groß, die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeit nah, sauberes Viertel
Schimmelflecken in beiden Badezimmern, muffiges Gestank im ganzen Block und besonders stark im Appartement, höhe Luftfeuchtigkeit, Kissen stark wie die Steine, akustisch schlecht isolierte Anlage (man kriegt jedes Wort/ jede Bewegung der Nachbarn mit). Fernsehen mehr oder weniger als Deko zu betrachten, denn man muss sich anmelden, man hat aber kein Konto oder möchte kein Konto hinterlegen.

Non lo consiglio
La posizione, unica cosa che salvo di questo soggiorno.
Arrivati sul posto abbiamo seguito le istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi, posizionate all'interno di uno scomparto chiuso con combinazione. Aperto lo scomparto le chiavi non c'erano, nonostante fossimo in pieno orario di check -in comunicato alla proprietà già i giorni precedenti all'arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare al freddo almeno una mezz'ora perchè stavano finendo di pulire. L'appartamento era per 8 persone, ma in cucina erano presenti solo 4 sedie per mangiare. Chieste più volte sedie aggiuntive, mai portate. Inoltre ho chiesto più volte una pentola piccola per una persona che doveva mangiare separatamente per via di una forte allergia, ma nemmeno questa mi è stata mai portata. Occorreva fare quindi i doppi turni per poter mangiare, dovendo utilizzare l'unica pentola in dotazione. La proprietà non è quindi venuta incontro a nessuna delle mie esigenze. E' stato rotto uno specchio ikea di plastica da non più di 7 euro (quelli adesivi da parete), e mi è stato fatto pagare ben 22,28 euro! Sicuramente non consiglio.
