Gorgeous Oceanfront Apartment Promenade

The location was exceptional and was worth the stay for this alone. A nice apartment with accessible travel links which made exploring the area easy. The balcony and the view were the highlights.

Poor service and the place is looking a little tired. The safe did not work and the balcony door did not close properly, both of which are security issues which I would have thought should have been sorted promptly but we had no feedback about either of these at all. No handwash in the entire place (although there are about 3-4 ceramic dispensers!!) no spare toilet roll and one dishwasher tablet for a 5 night stay. There was a lot of unnecessary clutter but the things that are needed for a self-catering stay are not there. The response I received was 'we are not a hotel' I understand that but never stayed in a property like this with such poor supplies and considering we paid an extortionate rate for this apartment (the following week was priced 50% less!) I was very disappointed. One more thing that is not apparent in the photos, there is a large 'For Sale' sign hanging from the balcony which obscures part of the view when sitting. Also, be aware the key collection is some distance from the apartment which is a real nuisance when you have suitcases in tow! I've had nicer stays elsewhere in great locations and paid much less but received much better service so probably would not stay again

Great location and beautiful views over the ocean.

Marketed as a 3 bedroom apartment which it was but the third bedroom didn’t have a proper full length bed or outside window. I have two teenagers so the one staying in this room had his legs hanging over the end of the bed which wasn’t ideal!

Zepsute okno balkonowe, brudne ściany , zapchany brodzik pod prysznicem .
