Location was perfect.

Lack of smoke alarm

Oh, it was exactly as great the photos in the listing... exactly what we wanted!! Everyone was jealous of the pictures we were sending back home. There was loud music across the road until the early hours of the morning, but it was the weekend and we were up anyway and enjoying the energy of it. I mention it only because it's one of those things you can't tell from the pictures. (There was also traffic noise, of course and sometimes noise from the upstairs neighbours during the night, but it wasn't terrible.)

There was really nothing we didn't like. The shower head was maybe too big for the holder so it flopped over and you couldn't stand underneath it to shower, but it was on a hose anyway, so could be handheld. Not a real issue.

When ready the apartment was very clean.

I had to wait quite a while to enter the flat due to the management saying the flat needed a thorough clean. I met the cleaner who told me he hadn’t been called until late in the day. I had asked on many occasions if I could enter the flat early. If management had contacted cleaners earlier this would have been possible. I couldn’t open the back bedroom window due to serious infestation of pigeons. The front balcony was pleasant but very noisy with road traffic. In truth the flat was a bit away from the main centre and we had to use tram and Uber a lot. The AC wasn’t great and I had asked for a spare key and was promised someone would get back to me unfortunately they didn’t. Nice is outstanding and it didn’t deter our stay but small things make a great holiday.
