Luxury Flat Beachfront Nice

The view from this apartment is mesmeric! I could spend all day watching the ocean, the boats and the bathers. There is a great grocery store and bakery just around the corner, as well as tram and bus stops nearby. The rental agency staff are responsive and helpful in their communication. It’s amazing to be able to do laundry in the apartment.

The location is great, but further from the old town than we could walk in the heat wave so we did end up taking transit and Ubers more than I’d expected. There is a beach club opposite the apartment that played loud dance music until late on Saturday and Tuesday night. As shown in the photos on the listing, the room with two single beds has the shower in it. This can be tricky because the people staying in that room can’t use it while other people are showering and the steam from the shower heats up the bedroom despite the air conditioning. Note that there is a luggage storage facility right next to the agency office where you have to go to pick up the keys.

Beautiful view of the promenade, flat was very clean and organized, owners were prompt, accommodating, and very communicative. There is a mini mart, grocery, and tram stop within 50 feet along with a cheap, good pasta bar nearby (Pasta-Nini). Stairs and small elevator available, safe and secure building. Washer in unit as well. Perfect stay for us two!
