Beautiful view of the promenade, flat was very clean and organized, owners were prompt, accommodating, and very communicative. There is a mini mart, grocery, and tram stop within 50 feet along with a cheap, good pasta bar nearby (Pasta-Nini). Stairs and small elevator available, safe and secure building. Washer in unit as well. Perfect stay for us two!

Widoki z balkonu na przepiękne Lazurowe wybrzeże ,komunikacja miejska pod samym budynkiem , w mieszkaniu wszelkie udogodnienia ,bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem panem Dawidem ,wszystko załatwione sprawnie i szybko. Pobyt bardzo udany ,napewno jeszcze wrócimy.

Very clean and modern apartment on the beach promenade. Nice balcony with excellent views. Well-equipped. Location just next to tram stop for airport and city center. Grocery store just around the corner.
Not the easiest building and flat to understand the logic of using the elevator and locking system but it’s not the first time in France to get a little confused with those issues. Some curtains in the flat would be nice since there is a lot of lighting outside on the promenade in the night time.
