Great apartment. The view was amazing and just a 20 minute walk to downtown. Perfect for four people, the sleeping couch wasn't great. Would definitely recommend.
The AC didn't really work, which was ok for staying in May, but could see that as a problem in the summer.

Excellent location. Very easy to get everywhere on either bus or tram (or foot!); it's not too far from center. Apartment is quiet. Terrace is spectacular. From inside, all you see is the sea. Staff was very helpful and attentive when we had a small issue with hot water taking a very long time to come on the first day. Washing machine was handy; clothes always dried on rack within 12 hours (in November). We were there for 10 days and were sad to leave Nice.
As others have mentioned, the furniture on the terrace needs to be mended or replaced. It isn't comfortable to relax on.

Отличная локация с отличным видом на набережной, море через дорогу. В квартире было все необходимое, диван в гостинной раскладывался. Нас было 5 человек, но квартира больше подходит для 4. Хозяин ответил на все вопросы, которых было не так много.
Вода из душевой лилась на пол и это было некомфортно, полотенца имели неприятный запах и пришлось их постирать перед использованием. Кондиционер в одной спальне протекал и пришлось его вообще выключить. За день до отъезда сломался лифт и пришлось 5 чемоданов спускать по лестнице с 7 этажа.
