Appartamento Centralissimo - Ponte Vecchio

Para mim é muito importante ter elevador, máquina de lavar roupa e ser no centro histórico. Esse apartamento me atendeu muito bem nesses aspectos. A localização é ótima. Tem tudo por perto, bem perto. Restaurantes, lanchonetes, lojas, sorveterias, cafés, farmácia, pontos turísticos mais importantes, tudo! O táxi pode nos deixar e pegar bem na porta. O apartamento é confortável, e tem as janelas voltadas para uma das ruas principais. Não considerei que fosse barulhento por isso! Está a 15’ a pé da ferroviária. O colchão e sofá cama são confortáveis. Cozinha equipada. A equipe dos anfitriões é ótima! Muito solícitos e prestativos. Tive todas as minhas solicitações atendidas prontamente. Recomendo fortemente!

Precisa ser mais curado na questão da limpeza. O check in não foi eficiente por falta de conecção à internet. Eu não conseguia entrar na porta do edifico, pois era necessário o link para abrir a porta do prédio. Não tive problema com acesso ao apartamento. Foi tranquilo. Se estiver acompanhado facilita um ir na proximidade conseguir a internet.

Гостиная очень темная. 2 настольные лампы явно недостаточно. Санузел нуждается в обновлении. В спальне не работают жалюзи, окно закрыто наполовину.

Very central and spacious. Very safe and instructions were very clear for access.

The sockets in the kitchen don't match the appliances so the kettle and toaster need an adapter.

central location next to Ponte Vecchio. apartment is large but could be better (some improvements on the other section). communication with the host was great, the check in and out process was fast.

i will start with setting the context that I'm not an exigent (or pretentious) customer, but other than the location, this property is not offering much, other than a place to stay. considering the price, I would expect a bit more. a few improvement considerations that could make the difference for the future, and can help others when choosing this location: - furniture is not vintage - is just old and not maintained well. there are a few furniture items which should sent to trash not to occupy the space. - lighting is very odd. there is no decent lighting in the Living area. - the household appliances have at least 25 years of service. i was afraid to use it. - cleaning can be better. bathroom was decent, sheets and towels were clean, but in the kitchen i found trash from previous guests, and there are dusty and "sticky" items around the house. the dishwasher was out of service and the dish sponge was ridiculously dirty - the couch in the livingroom is not too good for adults. for kids was OK - overall the apartment was not renovated for many many years. the paint on the wall is cracked and falling in a few places - bad quality of sleep, the windows are facing the main street and because they have wood frames, and not closing well, you can hear everything even if the apartment is at 4-th floor. it's a shame that such a nicely located apartment lacks this amount of maintenance.
