The best location ever and an amazing space! A quick walk from the train station and you are in the heart of everything you need…shopping…food…historic sites! Staff was extremely flexible and u detaining when it came to checking in and allowing us to drop our bags a bit early before check in. Would DEFINITELY stay again the next time we are in Florence.

The location is excellent. East access to amenities, shops, cafes etc.
Hot water system stopped working on the last night and didn’t know how to contact someone to get it working. Weren’t able to shower or wash up dishes. Kitchen items such as pots and pans need attention to check for damage. One pot only had one handle and the top of the lid fell off too. No kitchen plug. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people for 6 nights. We bought more. The tap water was not drinkable, we had to buy bottles.
