About this apartment rental
We are a 1-minute walk from both Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, in a privileged position, perfect for enjoying the centre of Florence on foot. The flat has just been refurbished, can accommodate up to 6 adults and comprises a large living room with dining table, open kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 large double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower, and a second bathroom also with shower.
There is also a laundry area on the landing equipped with a washing machine and dryer. This laundry area is shared with the flat opposite.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and is ideal for groups, couples of friends or large families.
At your disposal
WIFI internet, air conditioning in all rooms, TV in both bedrooms, one bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, large second double bedroom, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer.
Self-check-in
The flat is equipped with domotic access. You can open the street door and the flat door safely and independently with your mobile phone.
You will still find a set of keys in the house, in case you prefer to open more traditionally.

The location was perfect! We really appreciated the level of security provided. A few suggestions that would make the rating an excellent.-Put hooks up in the bathroom for the towels-Provide a book with suggestions of where to eat, locations of bus stops, etc...-I knew that you had a washer & dryer, but I couldn't find it. I just happened to spot it when your cleaner was there for the apartment next door. That information could be put in the book with directions on how to use it, as well.

Great location but since you are on main road in the evening it can get loud.Bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.Plenty of room for the 4 adults we had at the property. Beds were big and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the Property Manager finding us a ride to and from Tuscany at very reasonable price. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would return to this location.
