About this apartment rental
The apartment / LOFT (Brand new !!!) it is located on the 3rd and last floor of a historic building in the center of Florence behind Piazza della Signoria.
The Design Apartment is furnished with Luxury furniture, spread over two levels: the lower floor consists of a large living room with two windows, from which you can admire the Arnolfo Tower and part of Palazzo Vecchio, a kitchen with table equipped dining room (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, cutlery), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room through an open staircase leads to the upper floor where there is the second double bedroom and a large bathroom with bidet toilet and shower; on the same floor, through the mezzanine (overlooking the lounge below) you enter the third bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined).
The ceiling is made with original exposed beams from the 1300s.
From the upper floor, through an internal staircase, you can access the 25 sqm panoramic terrace. (with 360 ° view), where you can spend a pleasant evening by candlelight and enjoy a breathtaking night view of the main historical monuments and the Florentine Renaissance artistic beauties.
The apartment (100 m2) located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) it was completely renovated in 2017; can accommodate up to 6 people (not recommended for families with children under the age of 6).
The apartment is 100 meters away. from Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Il Bargello and Ponte Vecchio, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti and the main shopping streets.
In the area you can also find restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias to spend a pleasant evening in the company of enjoying Tuscan cuisine.

Our stay at Signoria Palace exceeded every expectation and was the perfect home base for our family of six visiting Florence for the first time from the USA. Emiliano was a wonderful host—he greeted us personally at the apartment and even helped carry our luggage up the flights of stairs, which we greatly appreciated.The home was spacious, immaculate, and full of charm. The rooftop patio quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book. Despite the building being several centuries old, the apartment felt modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed.Florence is an incredibly walkable city, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from major attractions—Uffizi Galleries and Palazzo Vecchio in 3 minutes, Ponte Vecchio in 7, the Duomo in 10, and Santa Croce Basilica in 4—with endless cafés, restaurants, gelato shops, and boutiques all around us.We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Florence.
