Apartments Florence - Santa Maria Balcony

The property has a great location. Just step outside the building and you are in all the activities. Multiple restaurants and shops start outside the door. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The front bedroom may have some street noise at night. Our only regret was the temperatures were too hot to enjoy the balcony. The apartment is on the 5 th floor. The lift goes to the 4 th floor. Communications with the management company was always timely and helpful. We were greeted by a member of the company to show us around the apartment and suggestions on restaurants and markets. We would book property again.

Location! Location! Location

The location and staff also the apartment was very comfortable for 4 people.

The locks on the doors broke and we had to wait about 2-3 hours for them to be fixed after traveling close to 24 hours

Perfect for our group. So much room for everyone and the location was absolutely perfect. Ponte Vecchio was a 2 minute walk and all the other attractions were only a few minutes away. When we needed help we received it very quickly.

The only thing I would suggest is an awning or umbrella for the rooftop patio. It was far too hot to sit there until the sun had gone down. And the furniture could use a refresh.

First, the good: Saiful, who helped check us in, was very nice. The location is amazing, only a 15 min walk from SMN train station and right by Ponte Vecchio. The 3 bedrooms with A/C were very comfortable. The shutters help sound proof the front bedroom, having 2 bathrooms was handy, the appliances including washer were top notch, and the elevator is fast. Be aware that they deck is up a spiral staircase that some may not be able to use.

Now, what needs improvement: The seats on the patio could not be used due to holes and we were told that there were no cushions, the 2 living room chairs are uncomfortable (and different from the ones in the pictures). Providing things like a salt and pepper shaker or paper towels (there's a holder but no roll anywhere) would have been nice. The extra comforters in the cupboards need laundering. And the salt canister has something growing in it. Fixing these simple things would make this place much more enjoyable.
