Tynewedd Farmhouse - Historic 1652 Farmhouse, Hot Tub, Sleeps 12

The house was beautiful and felt really warm and welcoming. The kitchen was easy to use and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable to very comfortable, and there was a good selection of them. The bathrooms were good. Good space to eat and a wonderful, large living room with great sofas to relax in. When we went for a walk, the walk was truly magical. The hot tub was clean and very enjoyable to sit in. Lots of parking. I would definitely consider staying here again

From the pictures, I expected it to be set on its own, but it is on the edge of the town; nevertheless, it felt tucked away and very private, and you could therefore walk easily to shops, etc. I was very much expecting a bigger, more enjoyable garden, and I think that's because of the description and pictures. The view from the garden is a little disappointing.

The only downside was we found the hot tub to not be hot, was warm at best which was slightly disappointing as that’s the only reason we booked this home

We loved every aspect of the house. It was clean, plenty of space with lots of character. We had an amazing time. Check in was easy and simple, we didn’t use the hot tub but knew where it was etc. We had an hen party just for family, used the train close by to travel to our destination and came back to the house for evening celebrations. All rooms were immaculate with plenty of spare bedding, blankets and pillows. Everything was amazing. The hosts were incredible, keeping us updated for weeks running up to our weekend. Thank you for our stay! We hope to come back soon.

It was spacious and great for the size of the family. Having all the bathrooms was also great. The kitchen was a fantastic size and so were both the living rooms. Had the best new years being able to have all the family together as we live in different parts of the UK. The hot tub was fantastic especially with it being cold out felt so much better. The garden area was lovely but didn’t spend much time in it. The log burners are a fantastic addition and made it feel so homely. Also the fact it is dog friendly was great to be able to bring the extra additions to the family. Already looking at going back in the summer .

The only downfall was the appliances in the kitchen we bought food to cook but there where no oven trays or grill trays just loads of cake tins we had to make shift some out of foil so we could use the oven. Other than that was a fantastic place to visit. I would definitely recommend.
