Lovely quiet stay in picturesque surroundings

The location and view were just amazing. The hot tub (we used lodge 4) was a generous size and perfect temperature. The main living area of the lodge was very big and the deck large enough to sit out to eat and drink. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is so much to see and do locally. We didn’t have enough time to cover very much in 4 days but it’s great there are so many options. Overall it was a fantastic stay- we’d love to come again!

Could have used a few more kitchen utensils and the beds weren’t too comfy but this is a basic lodge at a fantastic price so this is to be expected!

Disappointed

The scenery Is beautiful

The WiFi didn't work for the tv so we couldn't watch anything at all, the room wasn't the cleanest and the ensuite bathroom had a bad musky damp odour. It also mentioned there was a hot tub with the room which the main reason we stayed here but we didn't see a hot tub anywhere?

We’ll be back!!

The property was beautiful! So peaceful and what a view! It was comfortable, the room had so much space and I will never get over the views! We will most definitely be back and bringing the whole family! The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful they engaged in conversation and laughter. 100% an amazing stay and worth every penny (which wasn’t a lot for what you got) the food was also one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful area, clean and well looked after. Great facilities, playground for the kids, diner, even little details like teas and coffe in the room and little soap, body lotion etc included. Overall great experience.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay. So welcoming and also accommodating too as we turned up late to dinner and it wasnt a problem. We were there for the mountain biking and you could not get a better place to stay. We will definately be back. Thank you very much.

Absolutely incredible, stunning place to rest and recharge.

Loved the privacy that we had. Keys were in the door on arrival. Great communication with premises. They were kind enough to give us an amazing upgrade. It's an absolutely stunning place with incredible views and sunset. Barbecue facilities are available, and all self-catering facilities you may need. It was perfect in every way, lovely comfy beds, nice and warm. I could go on and on. Loved it

Perfect stay!!!

As soon as we arrived I’d knew I’d be going back again. Staff are friendly the location is absolutely gorgeous and the room we stayed in was super cosy! (Make sure you bring lots of layers)

We wanted to eat in a pod but they were all booked out but we will definitely book one next time

We found two ways to this property both very rough not good for any vehicle Someone had the bright idea to paint over the altro floor in the bathroom so ever time you go to the bathroom you stick to the floor and get paint all over your feet No heating in the bathroom cold and damp Hot water heater only dribbles My mate in the next room had no hot water had to wash in the shower No where to dry towels so wet towels even before you shower The bed was broken awful uncomfortable Small electric heater not much good No food available staff non-existent Very over priced Never again Do not recommend very run down

Excellent spot for a mountain biking base camp.

The hosts were very friendly.

No mobile phone reception but it is a remote location so not surprising. Maybe just me but no TV channels but again likely needed to connect to the Wi-Fi for it to work I suspect. Not sure I saw a mountain biking jet wash or tap with hose to wash down bikes.the location is understandably very popular with day trip bikers so breakfast from 830 on a Sat is a long queue so get in line early :)
