Proximity to the beach. It is beautiful, and has a lovely promenade. There is a good, friendly pub nearby, and several restaurants in short walking distance:; The Front Room served enormous portions. We found the house comfortable. The kitchen/diner being spacious, clean and well-equipped. The lounge is small, but cosy. It was great to have a large tv in both the lounge and dining area. We made use of the patio area that had table and chairs for 4 .Younger members of our group made use of the garden. The area was quiet, but it having the beach so near that made it for us.

Whilst downstairs there is ample room, the 2 main bedrooms were on the small size. The beds were very comfortable though. The en-suite shower room is very small, and has no storage areas. The family bathroom would be better if the bath had a shower fitted (with shower curtain). Do many people take baths nowadays? The youngster in our party was happy in their room though, which had a bunk-bed.

In a great location. Very well equipped with lots of extras that you may have forgotten. Spacious rooms. Easy check in. Generally clean.

Needs a little tlc. Shelf above en-suite loo hanging off Needs a clean under beds and in radiators. Needs hooks on the doors. Small front room needs a mirror. Beds very creaky and noisy.

Location was nice although not much to do. Not much apart from the beach nearby.

Not much nearby quite a way to the shops.

Wir waren im August mit 4 Personen und einem Hund hier eine Woche in Urlaub. Das Haus ist ein typisches Reihenhaus was für 4 Personen perfekt passt, 3 Toiletten, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es ist komplett eingerichtet und hat in den Schränken auch viele Utensilien für Hunde oder Kinder und Spiele. Dazu ein kleiner Garten der komplett umzäunt ist und man seinen Hund frei laufen lassen kann. Die Lage in Port Talbot ist nahezu perfekt, es ist die zweite Häuserzeile hinter dem Hundestrand und der Strandpromenade. Man steht also wirklich in 3 Minuten auf der Promenade am Strand. Damit sind 3 Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen und wer gerne läuft kann eine 5 km Runde über die asphaltierte Promenade machen.

Das einzige Manko ist, dass eine Spülmaschine fehlt.
