7 of us adults, a 4 year old and a dog stayed here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday.
The house is lovely, very big, set over 3 floors with a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen/dining area is very big with a large sofa and dining table. The garden is a good size with plenty of seating.also. We have been very lucky to have good weather this weekend, the garden is a little sun trap, it was lovely sitting out there.
There was plenty of tea and coffee and all the basics you need like loo roll, kitchen towel, washing up liquid etc. the bathrooms all had hand wash and toiletries to shower, plenty of towels, I was surprised how much was included with the house, there were also lots of games in the living room plus the added bonus of the table tennis downstairs.
The location is perfect, not far to walk to the beach/bars and we parked about a 30 second walk away!
We have just had the best weekend.and this house absolutely exceeded our expectations!
Thank you so so much to the hosts, all instructions were easy to follow and the whole weekend has just been so effortless, if we come to Porthcawl again we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

A clean and contemporary but cosy space. The beds are SO comfortable, they have clearly changed the mattresses following past reviews. The rooms are all generous in size and cosy. Bathrooms are immaculate. Very good location, a 15ish minute walk into town. Thanks so much, would definitely stay again!
The blinds in the attic room is no good, luckily we brought a black out screen with us otherwise we and my son would never have had a good sleep.
The lighting in the kitchen is very dull ,luckily we didn't need to cook. Neither of these affected our lovely experience but perhaps worth considering.

Excellent property, comfortable and spacious, beds were fantastic and it had everything we needed.
Ifg I was being really picky I would ask for extra pillows on the beds as there was only one on each bed, a few extra kitchen utensils and clothes storage such as a small chest of drawers.
