Convenient location but did not enjoy the poor quality, standard of bedding and pillows or the dirt

Location was easy access and walking distance to everywhere.

Had to access via code for front door and flat door - codes given incorrect had to call owner, who had to call her husband to get the correct codes. Flat code pad absolute nightmare to use as constantly failed to show numbers for choice and alarm constantly going off. Sofa bed was filthy but the bedding was something else! Every duvet was horrendously stained, duvet covers a few were dirty, one had blood stains, pillows about an inch thick and old - owner knows they are awful as every pillow case contained 2 pillows and still awful to sleep on and again dreadfully stained. We did not open the window blinds as did not want to see the years of filth that had been built up between the blinds and the windows. The shower head was pure filth looked like never been cleaned. Flooring damaged throughout. The kitchen was clean, pity about the rest. This is not a luxury flat as advertised we would barely give it a 1 start rating.

Our likes and dislikes

We liked that we could exercise our dog close by and that the beach and shops were nearby. Parking was available at the front and back of the property. Modern, well decorated, and comfortable apartment

It would have been helpful to know what was provided in the kitchen. Items we needed included cafetiere, tea pot, whisk, wooden spoon and cheese grater. The accommodation needs hanging hooks on bedroom and bathroom doors and shelving/ chest of drawers for clothes storage. There were too many plastic plants which got in the way.

Really lovely stay, location is great and house very clean and tidy

The location is great. Very clean and tidy.

There was a lack of storage. No drawers in either bedroom and only a small hanging area in one bedroom. Could have also been better equipped with kitchen stuff such as pans that fitted the hob.
