Lush Porthcawl Large Spacious 2 bedroom Apt, Parking, Garden access, Prime Location

Well equipped and comfortable with a quality feel.

We were a bit unlucky to have what seemed like an over active child running about upstairs at all hours - the wood floors I guess amplified that.

The place is Lush by name lush by nature. An absolute gem of a home. Hi spec, very clean and a lovely ‘vibe’ when entering the home. A very good location, near the lake, beach and town. Any questions VERY quickly answered. Lynsey and Roy were very helpful. My mum is visually impaired, and after a few ‘practice’ runs with the key code, no issues. It was nice that none of us needed a key (we always worry we are going to lose them, and usually there are not enough keys). The beds were very comfortable. It was also good that there was a variety of recycling bags.

Loved it all

The location is great. Very clean and tidy.

There was a lack of storage. No drawers in either bedroom and only a small hanging area in one bedroom. Could have also been better equipped with kitchen stuff such as pans that fitted the hob.

We liked that we could exercise our dog close by and that the beach and shops were nearby. Parking was available at the front and back of the property. Modern, well decorated, and comfortable apartment

It would have been helpful to know what was provided in the kitchen. Items we needed included cafetiere, tea pot, whisk, wooden spoon and cheese grater. The accommodation needs hanging hooks on bedroom and bathroom doors and shelving/ chest of drawers for clothes storage. There were too many plastic plants which got in the way.
