Great last minute booking, cheap and cheerful.
Great location - private end-of-plot and close to everything. Nice front room with sofa and tv. Double bed was really comfy.
Only 3 seats at the table - 6 of us stayed so not able to eat together. A few of the single mattresses were very springy and so not great sleep for some of the group.

Pleasant first Caravan Experience
The caravan is nice and clean. It was our first caravan holiday and we were surprised at how big and spacious the caravan was. The beach is 5 minutes walk and everything was closeby. Richard was a great host and was very helpful

Not what we hoped for.
Very disappointed we were told to bring our own bed linen just a few hours before arrival and after we had left home. It ruined the beginning of the holiday. Luckily Trecco bay site kindly helped and provided some. Also the cold water bathroom tap did not work.

Amazing location. Good values. Good facilities. Closer to the beach.
Wasn't aware when I booked it was a private rent and didn't include hub passes. Wasn't a deal breaker but would have preferred to have seen this at time of booking. Also having to supply own sheets and duvet covers and only being told the day before.

Lovely clean, comfortable caravan with everything that was needed. Perfect location đź‘Ś great owners answered any questions and made me feel comfortable with our booking.

A gem for families.
The accommodation provides a lovely, comfortable and welcoming base to explore the holiday park or surrounding area.
It was a little tricky to find the caravan. Ash 91 is the “address” on the park for the caravan. I thought it was the owners email address. Staff were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.
