The property was excellent - 3 good size bedrooms were excellent for the 3 male golfers on the trip
Parking was plentiful near property
Ideally one of the rooms would be en-suite to take pressure off bathroom - especially if all beds were capacity (6 people)

Breakfast was not provided.
It could have been cleaner. There was a mop and bucket in the lounge and a dirty tray in the oven. Also the place could have done with a little dusting.
