Great place for a short break

The property is beautifully presented and well fitted out. The welcome tray was a nice touch. There are plenty of electric heaters in all locations making sure the apartment is warm, much needed during our Twixmas break. Location was great to access all of the amenities in Porthcawl, being close to the beach and Esplanade. Supermarkets were nearby, a very short walk to the Co-op or an Aldi a little further out, but still walkable. Access to the apartment was easy, via electronic key pads, no keys needed which was a bonus. Correspondence from our hosts was great making check in and out easy and smooth.

Parking was a complete nightmare, we struggled to find a space which was a real let down after a 4 hour drive! The apartment is advertised on some sites as having allocated parking, it does not. You take your chances with on road parking, or a public car park the nearest of which is quite a walk away.

Breakfast was not provided.

It could have been cleaner. There was a mop and bucket in the lounge and a dirty tray in the oven. Also the place could have done with a little dusting.

A wonderful place to stay as a family in Porthcawl.

Bright and clean, spacious and welcoming property. Excellent location for enjoying Porthcawl. Good communication from the property owners, both through the app and in the welcome pack in the apartment. Key codes are great because they allow us to go out together and separately without having to worry about keys, but the actual interface is fiddly and takes some getting used to. Lovely modern kitchen and enough tea, coffee and biscuits to keep us happy. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Good WiFi and smart TV.

No lock on bathroom door. Fiddly code locks for entry.

Great holiday space.

We really liked the light and airy feel of the beautifully decorated, spacious flat.

My daughter had a nasty fall in the bathroom, getting out of the bath. I think it would be a very good idea to have a non-slip mat in the bath.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Would highly reccomend!

Very modern and clean, and in a brilliant location. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is very soft (me and my partner both have sensory issues so this was really perfect for us both). The kitchen had excellent facilities. The owners are lovely, and communication was easy with them. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend this property.

The only minor (very minor) downside was there are no blinds in the front room or 3rd bedroom. The property is very bright but staying in the 3rd bedroom can be challenging if you struggle to sleep in light spaces.
