The location of perfect, right by a beautiful part of the beach and the caravan is perfectly equipped. We loved it!!

Location Location Location

location near the beach was good. Easy to find. Lots of small extras that make a stay good, especial as the weather was diabolical for the 2 days we were there. Comfortable bed, good size toilet and shower area. Good sized kitchen and lounge. Adequate parking area, short 5 minute walk to the recreation area which, as normal was far to loud for normal people, so had to hide in a bar which was also very loud.

Main bedroom door, door stop was to near the hinges, made getting to the bed a bit of a task. Be better if the door opened fully.

Great location lovely caravan very clean and nice little touches would definitely use this caravan again

More comfortable seating outside lots of chairs and tables which was good but a couple of easy chairs would have been nice to enjoy the views and the sun

Excellent location, excellent caravan. Simple instructions and everything you need for a short or long stay.

Only thing was the oven needs a clean. Cooked dinner and the van filled with burnt smell so had to open the windows

Caravan and location was excellent

I was not allowed to enter anywhere. Not even for a drink. Because I wasn’t an owner. I showed proof of renting the caravan. And still. I was not welcomed to eat or drink ANYWHERE. TERRIBLE. Myself and my children went out for food… to be refused everywhere.

Well designed modern caravan

Modern very comfortable and warm caravan. Loved the the size of the living room and layout of the whole caravan which is well designed. Great view of sea (and beach at low tide) from large front window and from the decking. Loved that the metal tables and chairs and decking matched the caravan. Plenty of tea coffee and sugar left for our use. Excellent information in the Parkdean Connect folder. Comfy double bed in a surprisingly spacious main bedroom. Hot shower in a bigger than expected shower enclosure. Instant hot water from bathroom and kitchen taps. Clean carpet and bathroom and kitchen. Excellent reception from TV channels they were clear. Nice little dressing table and stools in the bedroom next to a socket next to a mirror ideal for using supplied hairdryer.

Wi-Fi not available, disconnected. Hubby not impressed that both our phones and my tablet couldn’t find the hub even after rebooting it. Sofas stained had to sit on a duvet. Some plates were dirty, plastic plate should be in the bin. What3words took us to about 4 caravans away. Kitchen tap dripped and moved around when turning taps on and off, could flood kitchen in time if not tightened.

Great caravan, lovely quiet area with sea view.

Beautiful caravan by the sea. Great room and spotless. The decking was great for my 3 year old to play, and the living area is very spacious. Would be happy to book this caravan again and know we all enjoy our break.

Prices were steep for 2 nights and also was expecting the caravan to be right next to the sea not behind other ones blocking some line of site however was still a nice view
