An absolute con !

Clean and well appointed.

Beware ! The description of ‘Stunning Beachside Luxury’ is an absolute lie. A good half mile walk through a very doggy massive amusement park just to see the sea. The ‘stunning beachside’ was on a noisy main road. The bedroom was tiny at the back and had too climb over to the other side as it touched the walls. The bedroom was cheap and certainly not luxury. Beware the confirmation email …. There are no towels in this ‘stunning luxury’ and need to be ordered in advance. Porthcawl, a one time resort is now an absolute dump. Dirty, many shops closed and run down. The cost of nearly £400 for two nights was a rip off. Only stayed one night as we couldn’t stand the place!

Great for Porthcawl.

Clean and well appointed. Everything you need, everything was modern and new. Small and compact the flat is light and airy. Close to the beaches and walking distance to shops.

The bed was a bit soft for us but that is personal and probably ok for most people.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment

Beautiful apartment, very private and clean. There was ample information on locating the place, facility and provisions for a very satisfying stay. I also like that there was provision for parking and also a manuscript that detailed setup for appliances and recommendations on places to visit. My family and I had a very nice stay and would recommend this place any day and anytime.

Modern and clean host fast to respond

Very small for the price and not as close to the town or the beach as most of the places I’ve stayed at in the area had this property been £80.£100 a night this would be a different review it’s definitely not around £200 a night place parking very tight and a bit of a pain parking around the back then walking around the front to enter .also for the first time ever on booking.com I completed the booking they took payment I had a confirmation number so normally that’s it and you just look forward to your trip except this time the host sent me a tenancy agreement to sign and then I had to send my bank details directly to them incase of damages it did not feel secure to me I feel a security deposit should be taken at the time of booking by booking.com never the less I think these are probably a few teething problems that could be ironed out with better management of the let

Een fijn verblijf gehad en Linsey de gastvrouw is heel aardig en wil het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk maken.

Een mooi ingerichte comfortabele woning. En gastvrouw Linsey is erg gastvrij en kwam met goede tips.

Een paar klein technische mankement met het raam en de slaapbank is niet geschikt voor twee grotere personen. Deze punten hebben onze vakantiepret niet beïnvloedt en ik weet dat ze opgelost zullen worden voor volgende gasten.
