Lovely location, clean rooms nice public areas
Room service menu could do with some lighter meals added e.g sandwiches, soup, salad.

I arrived at 21:30 having not eaten all day due to working in a remote location. Unfortunately the restaurant had closed, however one of the staff members made me and my colleague a sandwich. A brilliant and very kid gesture

Comfy beds, nice room, good wifi, lovely location, nice to have a bath, lots of hot water.
Narrowest duvets I’ve ever experienced!
Shampoo and conditioner dispensers needing a hundred pumps to get a teaspoon of product.
Cheap feeling breakfast buffet products, orange juice like sweet squash, unpleasant hot food (greasy) and stressed out staff - I felt sorry for them but it wasn’t so busy that they should have needed to be.
