Very clean room and it was great having towels provided. Great check-in instructions too
The room bedroom door is locked from the outside using a very small padlock. This could easily be broken or taken off so we did not feel like our belongings were very safe when we went out.

Not that far from Man Piccadilly. Tops 🎩 pizza nearby, good. Warm welcome (door label). Guests (27 January) not disturbed much but there was some noise anyway. It was much worse in other cities but not great.
The just adjacent road to the house. Had no idea that on Tuesday night, Tuesday night, severe not mild but severe traffic occurs in Manchester even after 11 pm. Due to that fact I took a little tour in silence and eaten little pizza at Tops.
