There was no breakfast. the location was a bit busy and I was worried about car parking restrictions and the possibility of getting a parking ticket.
Display the building number very clearly. It will make it easier for people who are using the property for the first time to find the palce and check in. I walked past the house many times without knowing that it was the place I was looking for. Displaying the house number would have saved me a lot of stress.

Quiet, close to market, restaurants and university
Some clients smoke in the rooms. There is a need to clear marking for not smoking. Smoking Prohibited 🚭

Always good stay and comfortable!
It's says 11:30 check out but had the cleaner banging at the door at 10:30 telling us to leave and was very rude other then that was a good stop off
