Clean enough, matched photos, good value for money.
Within walking distance of venue in city centre so no parking fees.
Reasonably clean with use of kitchen.
First 5 nights (Sunday to Thursday) were peaceful.
Would use again.
Last 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) were very noisy due to other guests being loud & coming and going at all hours through the night making it difficult to sleep.
Could not find a can opener in the kitchen.
Bath waste full of hair.
No mirror in bedroom.
Shelves in desk dusty (only place available to store folded clothes).
Could only open 1 window in bedroom.
Other guests didn't always lock front door on leaving.

Location, parking ? If you get there on the wrong day or time it could be a problem .
Parking, hot radiator that you couldn't turn off making it a little unbearable , good job it was cooler than normal ,.

I liked the room, we went in to the wrong property at first as there’s no door number on here. I guess I should have messaged them asking that before. anyway it’s a quiet location and a good 20 minute drive from the city.
The toilet won’t flush properly, and the shower pressure is not strong enough. I was expecting a mirror in the bedroom but there is a small mirror in the bathroom only so I had to use that in the morning which I didn’t like, so could do with a mirror in the bedroom so I don’t have to wait for my partner to finish his business in the shower.
