Gloria and Frankie were just lovely and extremely caring hosts. It was a pleasure enjoying their wonderful Hong Kong breakfast! The house and room are very clean, and the room is even cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for a stay is available, there is a large booklet in your room with many info and tips for getting around Manchester, restaurant recommendations (they are definitely worth trying out), you can use the guest breakfast room with avaliable board games, kitchen and fridge, they have a small driveway to park a car (there are also options on the street). Multiple tram and bus stops close by with a fast connection to the center. We really felt at home and would definitely come back!

A very clean b&b. Absolutely spotless. The hosts couldn't of been more helpful and were always smiling. Will definitely be coming back again and I highly recommend this location.
A bit of walking to the tram stops but that was no problem as the weather was fantastic
