Accessible location, simple but functional room & amenities, fairly tidy & comfortable. Small garden to sit in on a nice morning
Shower head was a little broken & was a bit annoying to use, but I was still able to shower. Reported it to staff upon checkout as they were not aware so no doubt it'll get fixed.
Could hear a lot of sounds from other rooms & the street - didn't bother me personally but may be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

Very complete facilities: shower, kitchen (including oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer). Bananas in kitchen free to use. Old but comfy mattress. Quiet street.
The kitchenware was old, some pans are so damaged they'd not be healthy to use. Weak wifi signal, unusable in the rooms furthest away. Cups in room were not washed.

I liked that it was warm inside.
Good hot water.
Location was good for me because it was close to a point of interesent for me.
Bus station near.
My room had a door to a garden.
Room was not really clean.
I can swear the sheets were not changed before me because there were a lot of wrinkles and they seemed used.
I dont understand if standards of cleaning are just low in UK or it was just here.
I dont have expectations of 4-5 star hotel, but I expect a room to have clean sheets, towels, bathroom and vacuumed.
