It felt human, lived-in, friendly. We really liked meeting and chatting with the staff and other guests in the shared kitchen. The communication with hosts was very easy and details about check-in and so on very clear and straightforward. Parking there was easy and free.

I liked that it was warm inside. Good hot water. Location was good for me because it was close to a point of interesent for me. Bus station near. My room had a door to a garden.
Room was not really clean. I can swear the sheets were not changed before me because there were a lot of wrinkles and they seemed used. I dont understand if standards of cleaning are just low in UK or it was just here. I dont have expectations of 4-5 star hotel, but I expect a room to have clean sheets, towels, bathroom and vacuumed.
