I was able to get a decent night's sleep in an uncomplicated way. The bed was very comfy. It was at an excellent price.
No paper towels in the toilet wash basin area.

The toilet and bathroom was modern, very clean and comfortable
The room was quite hot. Knowing the weather conditions I expected them to make provisions for fans as the ventilation was not good enough
