Swan Street Townhouse Hot Tub & Roof Terrace

Great location and a great big house - the size of it exceeded my expectations, over 3 floors and was very clean and well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils etc. They also put the hot tub on for us which was hot when we arrived which I thought was very nice.

Communication wasn’t amazing. I was surprised to be asked for a £500 deposit in quite a rude manner- when the message was sent to me, I honestly thought this was a scam and was really scared. Recommend either ask in a very respectful and kind way, or sort the deposit through booking.com to guarantee safety for guests. If you’re staying in the rooms facing the street just be prepared for street noise/ sirens throughout the night, recommend taking earphones but the other rooms are fine and beds are all clean and comfortable. Wasn’t much toilet paper provided but that wasn’t the end of the world- there is a Sainsburys close by and it’s close to everything.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Swan street Townhouse. Was sceptical at first as the reviews are really good and a few not so good. After speaking directly with the owner Jody she assured us our stay would be more than satisfactory. Roof top was cool over looking the city and easy for our uber driver. Would stay again

Nothing really loved the vibe

We had a great time. Used the hot tub the entire time was already ready and toastie on arrival. Spacious lounge and lovely host. We will definitely stay again great value for money!

Nothing wish we booked more nights

Great space- comfortably sleeps 20. Excellent location. I liked that the bedrooms were spread across 3 floors meaning the people going to bed early didn’t have to listen to the noise from the kitchen. I read some reviews saying the space was cold but that definitely wasn’t an issue for us- the space was toasty.

The hot tub was too cold to use- something I’ve seen loads of other reviews say so the owners clearly don’t care about this or it would have been fixed by now. Don’t book this space if you’re planing on enjoying the hot tub as it’s basically unusable. The space was clean at a glance but there was dirty underwear under the beds.
