Description as stated. Good location for a walk to the Ethiad. Small ASDA on the 'doorstep.' If you're looking for a good value no frills overnighter don't hesitate.

Great for a one night stay! I stayed in the room with an en-suite which i recommend! All the facilities you would need in the kitchen as well!
The walls were paper thin so you can hear all the other residents, but I'm a heavy sleeper so wasnt too bad

Clean room and bathroom, lots of shops nearby, a bus stop to city centre is very close
It feels more like an HMO converted into a hotel than a proper hotel. As soon as you open the front door, all you see is a very steep staircase and doors to the side; these stairs are extremely steep and feel dangerous, especially when carrying bags. The area doesn’t feel safe, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours, and there’s no staff on site so there’s no control or oversight at all. Access to the room is via a code you have to look up every time you return.
