Great self access accommodation, decent size room, late check in.

Other guest playing music in the front room when my room was also on the ground floor.

great communication between myself and the owners, I personally love the downstairs room next to the front room kitchen however this time i was on the top floor next to the bathroom - still comfy

Only thing for me is the way to get into the rooms, the locks for each room can sometimes trigger if accidently click the wrong number (i have long nails but sometimes hard to see the numbers as its not lit up) as its a touch lock which is quite sensitive - however - at least its secure and works perfect!

Nothing really. It was in a very strange location, the middle of a council estate if I’m honest, was a very run down looking area which seemed rough. Practically in the middle of nowhere if you don’t drive and that’s not made clear.

The bed was hard. The tv in our room looked like it had been broken was and had been repaired with sellotape. The outside of the property at the front needs some work doing to it there’s weeds growing to high heaven and it’s a mess! Me and my partner both tried to have a shower but the shower over filled and started to leak out of the shower in the bathroom downstairs, however didn’t try the shower upstairs also bathroom door lock didn’t lock very well downstairs. My partner took the plunge to take the drain cover off as it was a walk in shower/wet room kind of shower and it was covered in hair and dead skin and for us to stop the building from flooding we had no choice but to put our hands down there and fish it all out! Staff (the cleaner) was rude to us on our last day just as we was checking out. It’s a very dodgy set up, no staff and etc on site, hard to get a hold of on their number they provide for enquiries and customer services. I wouldn’t book here unless it’s literally just somewhere to get your head down. Very basic property done up on a budget to make it look glam yet in reality it’s tacky. Door at the front and on the rooms operated by a code locking system on the door handle, this is very temperamental and doesn’t work perfectly. Had a struggle getting back into the house a few times.
